Taco Station

Seasoned beef and chicken, warm tortillas, fresh pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. Full toppings bar.

Fajita Station

Sizzling peppers and onions with grilled chicken or beef, served in warm flour tortillas. Let the smell do the work.

Pasta Station

A selection of pastas, sauces, and proteins, tossed to order. Pick your pasta, pick your sauce. Even the pickiest eaters find something here.

Middle Eastern Station

Chicken and beef shawarma, hummus, warm pita, and fresh accompaniments. The in-house kitchen specialty.

Burgers, Dogs
& Fries Station

Classic crowd food in a proper room. Burgers, hot dogs, and a full fry station. The table that moves fastest every single time.

Build Your Own Salad Station

Fresh greens with a full spread of toppings and dressings. The station every guest quietly appreciates, even if they don't say so.

Add-On Stations

A little extra.

These count as one of your stations. Mix and match with any included station above.

Cheese Steak Station

Shaved ribeye, onions, peppers, and cheese on a hoagie roll. Made in-house.

Wings Station

Choose your sauce. The station that announces itself before you reach the table.

Build Your Own Sundae Station

Ice cream with the full spread of toppings, sauces, and mix-ins. The station teenagers do not skip.

Chocolate Fountain

Real tempered chocolate with a full spread of fruits, marshmallows, and dipping items. The station that becomes the photo op.

Flambé Station

Bananas Foster or Cherries Jubilee, prepared tableside. The one they'll be filming.

Everything you need
is already here.

Dance floor and sound system

Already in the room. No DJ equipment rental. No wondering if the dance floor fits. The room is built for it.

Your room, private

Your room is exclusively yours for the evening. Your guests aren't sharing the space with another party.

Soda and beverages included

Non-alcoholic beverages are included with every package. No beverage minimums.

Staff handles setup and cleanup

Tables, linens, station setup, and breakdown. You don't arrive to work and you don't leave to clean.

50 guest minimum

The station format works best when the room has some energy behind it. Minimum 50 guests for Sweet Sixteen packages.

The Palace Center has rooms that scale from 50 to over 1,000 guests. Whether you're planning for 80 close friends and family or 300 classmates, there's a room here that fits the guest list without it feeling sparse or overwhelmed.

All food is prepared in our in-house kitchen. There's no outside caterer to coordinate and no third party involved in your evening. The same team managing the room is the one cooking for it.

We're a family-owned venue. From the first call to the last dance, Kristen is your contact. Not a rotation of coordinators, not a different face at every meeting. One person who knows your event.
