The Palace Center brings together up to 16,000 square feet of flexible event space, full production staging, in-house catering, and a dedicated logistics team. Royal, Great, and Imperial Ballrooms plus the Grand Foyer, configurable for events at any scale, from intimate breakouts to full-venue productions.
Divisible hall for parallel tracks
The main hall splits into the Great and Imperial Ballrooms, so a general session and a breakout track can run at the same time. The Grand Foyer handles registration and networking alongside either.
Full staging and green rooms
Raised stage, green rooms for speakers, and additional stages in the major ballrooms. Ready for keynotes, panels, and AV presentations.
In-house catering for every format
Plated meals, buffets, coffee breaks, and reception service, all prepared in our kitchen and managed by our team. No outside caterers to coordinate.
On-site parking and single-point coordination
Free on-site parking for all attendees. One coordinator manages every logistical detail from inquiry through event day.

The Royal Ballroom is the full hall. The Great and Imperial Ballrooms are its two divisions. Book the whole floor for a 60-booth show, or split it and run a 40-booth exhibition in the Great Ballroom alongside a separate session in the Imperial. The Grand Foyer adds registration and satellite display space either way.
